Members of the Rotary Club of Singapore have taken up this 8-week Challenge in earnest - working towards 250,000 steps or 500,000 steps in 8 weeks.
Polio is a highly infectious disease that most commonly affects children under the age of 5. No cure is available, but polio is preventable with a vaccine.

Now only two countries remain endemic—Pakistan and Afghanistan. Rotary, along with various partners, has reduced cases by 99.9% since 1988. Until we end polio forever, every child is at risk.

With your help, we can end polio for good. Make your money work 3 times as hard. Every US$1 Rotary commits to WHO and UNICEF for polio immunization will be tripled by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
