Ralph Haupter is the President of Microsoft’s worldwide Small, Medium Enterprises & Channel. With more than 25 years’ experience in the tech sector and in managing diverse geographical regions, Ralph remains passionate about technology’s role in empowering organizations to be more competitive, supporting local economic growth and improving the lives of citizens.
Ralph proactively engages with Microsoft customers, governments, and partners to drive transformation through innovation, and see a future in which technology augments every individual and organization – enabling people to work smarter and live better. He also believes in organizations doing their part in protecting the environment and welcome the opportunity to partner with more and more business leaders to help them achieve their sustainability goals.
Ralph maintains a global mindset to maximize value to his customers. Prior to his current role, Ralph served as the President for Microsoft Europe, Middle East, and Africa after working in Asia over the last eight years. In his previous role as the President of Microsoft Asia, he focused on unlocking the region’s digital ambitions.
