With over 4,000 coaching hours and a decade of experience, Lin specializes in leadership development and organizational transformation. She has trained and mentored hundreds of coaches globally and works with senior executives to embed coaching cultures within organizations. Lin is recognized as one of Asia’s most influential coaching professionals, frequently featured in leadership forums and publications.
